Director
We are looking for a committed and professional Director to be responsible for the overall management of this progressive and modern centre. Comprised of two (2) x 75 place modules we are committed to providing a high quality of service to those families using our care facilities. We have recently been accredited by the NCAC and are proud to report we received the maximum possible score, we are determined to maintain that standard.
The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills, a demonstrated ability to lead a team, with a flexible approach to assisting team members wherever necessary. A capacity to contribute to a positive workplace culture and the ability to work independently where necessary is essential to the satisfactory execution of this position.
The successful candidate will be supported in their role by the Director of the second module and a full time administration assistant.
Group Leader
Presently we also have a Group Leader position available. The position is permanent, full time. Prior experience working with an emergent curriculum would be an advantage.
Award wages plus benefits are being offered. Full time staff work a 40 hour week with a monthly RDO.
The successful applicant will have high professional standards and will be keen to stay abreast of educational developments within the early childhood arena. The successful applicant will hold the necessary qualifications, current first aid / CPR and possess a suitability card.
Relief Staff – Group Leaders and Assistants
We are always keen to add to our pool of relief staff so if you are qualified, or interested in working, in the childcare industry please let us know.
As the centre expands, or as current employees move on, there is also the opportunity to move into a permanent position from the relief pool.
